Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release reduces fascial restrictions that are impeding function.  Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue surrounding and supporting every bone, muscle, nerve fiber, organ, blood vessel,vein, ligament and tendon in the body.  It can lose its malleablility when damage by local trauma or inflammation.  The fascia tightens and restricts the movement of underlying tissues leading to pain, hindered range of motion and reduced blood flow.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy examines membranes and movement of cerebral spinal fluid.   Through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.  It can provide relief from many diverse symptoms such as:  chronic pain, migraines, joint stiffness, depression, sinus infection, migraines, IBS, mood disorders  and numerous others.
